Introducing the UPGRADED 6-Well dish from BIRR, featuring several new operational advantages compared to its predecessor:

  1. First, BIRR has redesigned the shape of the wells. The wells in this upgraded 6-Well dish are flatter. This innovative design provides two key advantages:

    – Flatter, wider wells reduce shading, improving visibility and tracking of specimens under the microscope.
    – The raised bottom, evaluated by 2mm, help minimize heat transfer from the work surface to the cryopreservation media.*

  2. Additionally, the new BIRR 6-Well dish includes an integrated holder for cryopreservation carrier devices.
  3. The holder is positioned at the same level as the tip of the carrier device, requiring minimal or no adjustment to the microscope when moving the specimen from the well to the carrier device.**

  4. Similar to all other square dishes in the BIRR smART labware line, the 6-Well dish features a spacious area for clear labelling and RFID tags.
